Collier Laurence O&P proudly serves three communities in Northern California, East Bay Area and Sacramento, offering top-tier orthotic and prosthetic care. Our team includes eight skilled practitioners, a dedicated billing and audit department, a strong administrative team, and a state-of-the-art fabrication department. Equipped with the latest innovative technology, we empower our team members to provide exceptional patient care, ensuring superior outcomes delivered efficiently and on time.

Objectives

  • Manage personal patient care with ¾ schedule

  • Attend Company Strategic team meeting
  • Manage practitioner KPI’s
  • Prepare / Conduct Practitioner meeting ( support from Strategic team)
  • Manage prosthetic cases for the company
  • Mentor CPO team members on prosthetic cases
  • Work with the Fab department to streamline faster turn times for prosthetic cases
  • Mentor COs on specialty cases
  • Manage the Hospital Call responsibility
  • Be part of vendor evaluation, price, and L-codes choices
  • Work with the Audit department when needed

Education and experiences

  • Current board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics from (ABC) or the Board of Certification (BOC)
  • A valid driver’s license and driving record
  • Five years’ experience in Orthotics and Prosthetics providing direct patient care, preferred.
  • Two years supervisory experience, preferred.

Physical requirements

  • Ability to transfer patients frequently throughout the course of a workday/shift;
  •  must be capable of easily lifting fifty (50) pounds of weight alone.
  • Ability to walk, bend over stoop, stand, and reach constantly during a workday/shift.
  • Visual acuity (near and distant) sufficient to maintain accurate records, recognize people, and understand written directions.
  • Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand and give directions.
  • Ability to push wheeled equipment throughout the facility.
  • Motor skills adequate for scheduling and preparing patients, equipment, for treatment.
  • Ability to participate in sustained activities for many to California law

Compensation and benefits

The pay range is $90,000 – $120,000 + bonus + benefits. This range varies based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location, and other variables.
